The supreme court approved the District Court decision to allow Kolech, the Religious Women's Forum, to present a Class Action against the Kol Barama radio station, claiming that a declared policy held by the radio station in the years 2009-2011 according to which it will not include women in its broadcasts is forbidden discrimination by the Prohibition of Discrimination in Products, Services and Entry into Places of Entertainment and Public Places Law.
