The Israeli Forum for Diversity in Employment is currently holding its sixth course for diversity directors. Executives from companies such as Teva, Coca Cola, CBC, Electra Consumer Goods, El Al, Israel Chemicals and more are learning about the importance and benefit of employing mixed teams that include members of those populations that have been excluded from the Israeli work force: Arabs, ultra-Orthodox, Ethiopian Jews, people with disabilities and those over the age of 45.
